How to make

  • Put a frying pan that has a lid to preheat on medium heat on your stove top.

  • Once hot, place the Cheese Dots Pizza crust (one at a time) into the pan, straight from the freezer, and cover.

  • Cook for 3-4 minutes, then flip sides. Cover again.

  • Let it go for another 2-4 minutes, depending on how golden and crispy you like it.

Then build your sandwich.

Ingredients

  • 1 bag of Cheese Dots pizza crust (frozen)

Since this recipe is mostly to teach you how to transform our pizza crust into a "pita", the stuffing can be whatever you want. In the picture, I made a chicken Caesar, so grilled chicken, salad - pre-tossed with Caesar dressing, bacon, and parm.
