  • TBE Croissant Flour blend (brown rice flour, white rice flour, tapioca starch), Water, Sugar, Tapioca flour, Coconut milk powder, Yeast, Salt, Xanthan gum, Pectin, Guar gum, Unsalted butter.
  • 1. Night before, take croissants out of the freezer and put in your fridge on a parchment-lined tray covered with a loose plastic

    2. In the morning, leave the croissants in a warm place for at least an hour(could be your oven with the light on) or until the dough becomes soft and doughy.

    3. Preheat the oven at 350-375 Fahrenheit (depending on your oven)

    4. Egg wash the croissants or use any vegan substitute (coconut oil, margarine, etc)

    5. Once oven is at 350-375, bake your croissants for 15-20 minutes or until golden to your liking.

    6. Enjoy!

    You can also take them out of the freezer covered with a loose plastic and put in a warm place for 2 hours. Before baking, preheat your oven and follow steps 4 to 6.
