Easy Cherry Tomato Bruschetta

How to make

  1.  Quarter your cherry tomatoes - they are easier to eat and release more juices. Tip: use a serrated knife, like a steak knife.

  2. Mince the garlic and put it together with quartered cherry tomatoes in a bowl.

  3. Chop or tear basil leaves.

  4. Add the herbs, pepper and salt.

  5. Mix it all together and let it sit for 30 min before serving

Note: You can add any type of herb you prefer, like thyme or rosemary. You can add some dry chilli flakes for a little kick. Leaving it sit, makes this bruschetta juicy and great to dip the Dots.


  • 1 pint of cherry tomatoes

  • 1 clove of garlic

  • drizzle of olive oil

  • oregano to taste

  • fresh basil to taste

  • salt to taste

  • black pepper to taste
