Introduction
Brie En Croute Paz Bakery style. Gluten free and extra cheesy!
How to make
1. Thaw crusts in the fridge overnight or 3 - 4 hours before making it.
2. Preheat oven to 400F and cut the top of the brie (eat that top please)
3. Set one disc on a tray with parchment oaper, then put the brie in the middle.
4. Add jam.
5. Wrap the crust on top of the brie - it will crack, but that’s ok.
6. Cut the bottom disc around the brie and into “cracker” segments.
7. Bake it for 20-25 min keeping a eye on it. You want it to be golden, not brown.
7. Make sure your segments are detachable and cut a hole at the top of the brie. Or cut it all like a pie.

- Pack of pizza crust
- small double cream brie
- jam - we used tomato jam, but cranberry sauce would make it very festive 🎄
