Nick, Andrew's brother, and his girlfriend Nicole, sent us this picture, because the pairing was amazing. So we thought it would be cool to share it with you. This is actually Nicole's recipe and we are very happy she chose to share it us...and you!

8oz cream cheese
500ml Sour Cream
1 Clove Garlic (minced)
8 pucks frozen spinach (thawed and squeezed dry)
1/2 Red Bell Pepper (small diced)
1/4 Cup Parmigiano (grated)
1/4 Cup Asiago (grated)
1/2 Cup Sharp Cheddar (grated and divided)
Preheat oven to 350.
In a bowl, use a fork to mix spinach, diced red pepper, parm, asiago, and half of the cheddar (set the other half aside) and set aside.
In another bowl beat together cream cheese, sour cream, garlic. Beat until smooth.
Fold spinach mix into cream cheese mix and then place in parchment lined pan.
Top with remaining cheddar.
Bake 350 for 20 mins.
Finish in broiler for 5 mins.
Serve hot and dunk your Cheese Dots in it!
