Introduction
This is so easy it probably doesn’t need a blog post, but maybe it’s so simple, that it might have never occurred to you! So here you go, the tomato toast.
How to make
While your waffle(s) are in the toaster, slice the tomatoes. I like them thin so I can stack more and have less skin.
When they pop out, you can spread some salted butter if you‘d like.
Place the tomato slices on top. Add a little bit of salt and some pepper.
Add fresh basil leaves, but you could use dry oregano too.
Ingredients
Cheese Dots Waffles
Ripe, juicy, tomato or your choosing.
Salt & Pepper
Basil (optional)
