Remember that viral video of baked cherry tomatoes and feta to make pasta sauce? Well, we did our version of that, but we turned it into a dip and instead of pasta, we use Cheese Dots!
It is incredibly easy and all you need is:
1/2 jar of artichoke hearts - drained (our jar was 1L)
1 block of feta cheese
thyme and chives to taste
olive oil to taste
To make:
Preheat oven to 400F
Set feta cheese in the middle of a baking dish.
Drain and chop artichoke hearts, then spread them around feta cheese.
Pick and chop your herbs, then sprinkle them around both cheese and artichokes.
Drizzle it all with olive oil.
Bake it for 40 minutes or until feta is soft.
Mix it all together and serve.
*Note: feta is super salty, so you don't need to add any seasoning. If you'd like a less salty version of this, substitute feta for soft goat's cheese.
